Hori-Bull is an evil and powerful ninja who took Kira and commenced the events in the game. For the playable character, see Hori Bull (character).

It all started when Hori-Bull took Kira to The Hills to find the Dragon Medallion, which grants ultimate power. He wanted the medallion all for himself, but Kira found it before he did. He grew suspicious, and eventually kidnapped Kira with the help of a Jelly Potion and threw her sword away in the river. With the Medallion in his hands, he locked up Kira in his cart and head for The Temple. Thankfully, Kira sent a note that allowed Clumsy and his friends to catch up with them. They used their powers to open the doors of the Temple Dojo so one of them could earn ultimate power, but the ancient spells petrified them in the middle of a fight, and the door was sealed. When Clumsy and Lily reopened the doors of the dojo after becoming True Ninjas, they found them trapped inside, and enlisted the help of the "true sensei" (the player) to break them out. After a long battle, Hori-Bull's helmet was knocked off by Kira, and the Medallion was instead brought to Clumsy. Defeated and exhausted, he leaves the temple for good.

Hori Bull is a fair skinned muscular(and attractive just like Kira 
) guy with red eyes and has green armor. And he has a scar on his left eye.
Trivia[]
- Hori-Bull's name is an easy-to-notice pun of "horrible".
- His motives are unknown, though it's heavily implied that he intended to do villainous things with the powers of the Dragon Medallion.
- It is not known if he works alone or is under the training of another person
- On that topic, it isn't known if Sensei trained him or not, though dialogue implies otherwise.
- Hori-Bull is very likely the Banished Ninja from the Ninja Photo and early versions of the game.
